DBT Skills Workshop (Virtual)

The DBT Skills Workshop is one of the core components of comprehensive DBT aimed at teaching critical skills in 4 main modules - Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness - to improve, strengthen and enhance your capabilities to deal with life's most difficult situations.

To ensure the quality and maximization of time, the group will be closed at 6 participants. New referrals are currently being accepted for the next module, Distress Tolerance, which is anticipated to start on July 22, 2025.
